How long we keep your personal data
Your personal data will be kept by us as long as required under applicable law or for the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed. In particular, Dr. Maarten Van Genechten will have to respect tax and legal retention periods including but not limited to the ten-year retention period in the context of its contractual liability and the seven-year retention period for accounting records. Upon expiration of this period, Dr. Maarten Van Genechten will delete or anonymize your personal data.
